Street Shepherd Ministries is the evangelistic arm of Where the Rubber Meets the Road International Ministries, where we leave the walls of the church and step into the streets, neighborhoods, apartments, and communities—meeting people exactly where they are, just as Christ did.

Our mission is simple:

To shepherd God’s people on the streets, guide them into the Kingdom, and disciple them into maturity.

We are not spectators—we are laborers.
We are not merely handing out tracts—we are building lives.
We are not recruiting members—we are making disciples.

What Street Shepherds Do

• Meet people in real-life conditions — addiction, homelessness, brokenness, survival, searching, wandering
• Bring the Gospel with compassion, not condemnation
• Listen to testimonies, stories, burdens, and battles
• Pray on the spot, interceding where pain is actually happening
• Provide resources, support, and connection to ongoing ministry
• Walk with people long-term, not just one encounter
• Disciple new believers, teaching them to grow in Christ, understand His Word, and fulfill their calling
• Create Kingdom impact, one person, one family, one street at a time

Street Shepherd Ministries understands that many people will never step into a church building—but they will open their hearts when someone steps onto their sidewalk, their corner, or their struggle with the love of Jesus.

This ministry is built on the heart of the Good Shepherd—
to seek and to save that which is lost,
to bind the broken,
to find the wandering,
and to lead them into the safety of God’s Kingdom.
